Blog Awards Ireland, the finalists
We are in the final!

I am so delighted to be able to share the news that my blog has made it into the finals at this years Blog Awards Ireland competition in the ‘Best Company Fashion Blog’ category! This is with huge thanks to all of you who took the time to vote for me over the last few weeks. Thank you so much! It means a lot to me to get here in particular as I have spent a huge amount of time this year redefining my blog, my message and my posting and thankfully it seems to be paying off!

Blogging in so many great ways gives business, websites and the people behind them a voice to share the things they are passionate about. For me my blog has become all the stories that form such a big part of my business week and running my business! From insights into training courses and students lives to helpful advice and tips following classes and events I have been a part of! It gives me a way to share what I do and share my love of fashion but in a professional and hopefully insightful way! Hence my delight at the category my blog was categorised in this years Awards.

Blogs take a lot of hard work and dedication and sometimes it makes me smile because as a company and a brand, you spend so much time and money on creating the right website, the right messaging, the right colours, the right everything that comes with a professional website. Yet, nowadays with the power of social media, interactive online sites and more and more ‘things’ to choose from what people crave is something real, something and somebody they can connect with, a face behind a brand! That for me has always been my focus in writing about the things I do and love!

Keep your fingers crossed for me and my little brand on Oct 22nd in Dublin when the awards ceremony will take place!
