Oriflame has teamed Up With Stylefish to train a team of Oriflame Beauty Experts in 2016. All sales consultants in the UK in Ireland have the opportunity to work towards this title with support and inspiration created through our bespoke training programme. The 4 part programme incorporates everything needed to succeed including – personal style creating, confidence coaching, body language, public speaking, running skin care sessions and lots, lots more. Training is being run throughout the UK & Ireland this year.
The Zip Yard
With 25 franchise operations around the country and growing, Style Fish worked in collaboration with The Zip Yard management team to create a bespoke training programme for franchise owners and customer facing staff in branches around the country with the aim to up skill staff, offer customers and more personalized service and have the potential to develop a lucrative revenue stream around up styling clothes and one to one customer consultations. Our ongoing partnership includes training updates, plus in store Style Fish branded materials for customers to enjoy and staff to utilize with the customer.
At the heart of Laya Healthcare’s vision is to ‘Look after you always.’ In line with this goal Laya Healthcare asked Style Fish to work with them to put together & create 4 fashion videos, to share through their social media channels reaching in excess of 8,000 views per video. Style Fish also worked with Laya Healthcare in the promotion of the video content through our own channels. The aim of the videos is to help, educate and look after their followers and customers by offering fun, valuable and easy to access fashion related content, which can be enjoyed & easily shared online.
House of Fraser, Dublin
Stylefish was responsible for the training, implementation as well as being the brand partner for the launch of this NEW & exclusive in store concept in 2011. Stylists were trained to offer a bespoke service to customers offering personal advice & guidance direct from the fitting rooms. Style Fish branding educated the customer about the service throughout the store for a period of time and each stylist received a retail Style Fish qualification to carry out the service.
Clery’s Department Store
Stylefish trained and implemented Clery’s Department Store’s first Personal shopping service for customers in 2012. This included staff training, support, in store Style Fish branding, marketing through Style Fish channels, appointments management and customer service follow up, personal shopping targets and monitoring all prior to the stores sale in 2013.
