15 live fashion shows over three days!

It was a jam packed bank holiday weekend at the Woman’s World Show last weekend. I was delighted to be involved this year especially as I was able to offer the opportunity this year for my trained personal stylists to work backstage with me styling the models and prepping for 5 fashion shows each day! Very excited to be able to support and help budding personal stylists do something they love and this weekend really showed me how much they get from it too!

Fashion Show Looks

The clothes from this years show came from Wallis with 20 looks showcased at 5 fashion shows each day! I created looks around 5 fashion themes and 5 of the seasons key trends including tropical print, 70’s, pastels, monochrome and lace.

Accessories

I accessorised many of the looks from brand new online vintage store Bower Bird, which has just been set up by two of the nicest fashion mad Irish girls based in Dublin! If you are looking for some quirky festival fashion check out these very cool feather boot chains that hook onto your festival boots! I also fell in love with these beautiful embroidered summer handbags for just €30.

Stylefish fashion classes

After each show, I had an eager audience who took part in a styling masterclass where I shared my top tips on shopping this Summer and getting the most from your wardrobe! Thanks to everyone who took part in my classes and who watched the fashion show. Meeting so many great and inspiring women of all ages taking part in Monday women’s mini marathon is just a massive treat for me and to find so many who are fashion mad also! Over the weekend I also ran a competition to win a free place on my one day Introduction to Personal Styling course in September worth €200 and I am pleased to announce the winner is BRID DUNNE FROM TIPPERARY. Brid has always wanted to get a fashion styling qualification and now she is one step closer as she will take part in my introductory course in Dublin this September!

My Outfits

A big thank you to Allicano Boutique in Dublin for my outfits. I got lots of lovely compliments especially about my shorts (that had little fish on them!). The black a7 white printed skirt is tailor-made :-)
