Julie worked with Pamela Scott as part of their flagship store redesign on Grafton Street in 2016. As part of this bigger project, Pamela Scott were opening a brand new personal shopping suite and launching a full time personal shopping experience for their customer. Stylefish was involved in a number of aspects of this year long project:
  • Customer focus groups to garner insight around stores interiors and shopping experience.
  • Recruitment campaign for Personal Shopper.
  • Training the successful candidate and help to set up this brand new service instore.
  • Initiated starter marketing plan to get the service off the ground including organising a photoshoot with the RTE Guide and Weight Watchers, which was the first media coverage garnered for the service.
  • Organised corporate event in the Westbury Hotel with Pamela Scott to also raise awareness for service.
  • Instore launch inviting in VIP customers to see firsthand the changes that had taken place and to introduce the service.
  • Putting together and initiating a staff uniform alongside all inshore staff training.
